Finished: 서머 타임

21 June 2008

It’s Korean for “summertime”; a top-down (so you can try on as you go) completely seamless (because it’s too hot for sewing) tank top.

Pattern: my own (ravel it!)

Yarn: Louet Euroflax Sport Wt., color “shamrock”, 2 skeins *exactly* (540 yards), from stash

Needles: Susan Bates US 7 circular (29 in.)

Gauge: 5.5 stitches and 6.25 rows to 1 inch

I’m pretty happy with it, although it did come out a bit bigger than I was shooting for. Few ideas are perfectly executed the first time, I guess. 🙂 I’ve already cast on for version 2.0; stay tuned for updates!

In other news: we’ve bought a house!

Goodbye Missouri, hello Indiana. 🙂
